LyricsIntoSongAI Commercial License Agreement
Important Notice: Commercial use and distribution rights apply to all paying LyricsIntoSongAI.ai users (monthly or yearly subscriptions, and Pay As You Go). This downloadable license certificate is available to annual subscribers only. Songs created while paying remain commercially usable after cancellation, and songs created on the Free tier become commercially usable once you upgrade to any paid plan.
License Activation: This license takes effect from your first paid order on LyricsIntoSongAI.ai (monthly or yearly subscription, or Pay As You Go). Downloading this certificate is optional and available to annual subscribers only
1. Contract Participants
The following parties enter into this binding agreement:
Service Provider: LyricsIntoSongAI.ai (referred to as "Provider")
Operating Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Service Recipient: All paying users of LyricsIntoSongAI.ai, including monthly and yearly subscribers and Pay As You Go users (referred to as "Member")
2. Key Terms
2.1 "AI-Generated Music" encompasses all musical compositions created through the Provider's artificial intelligence systems.
2.2 "Commercial Application" refers to any revenue-generating use, including but not limited to monetization, licensing, distribution, performance, modification, and derivative works.
3. License Coverage
🎵 Important: All AI-generated music created while you are on any paid plan grants you permanent, perpetual commercial rights that continue indefinitely, even after your subscription ends, unless the payment is refunded or disputed.
3.1 All paying users (monthly or yearly subscriptions, and Pay As You Go) receive full and perpetual global rights to all AI-generated music created through our platform while paying, as well as music created on the Free tier before upgrading, unless the payment is refunded or disputed.
3.2 Granted privileges include:
- Full reproduction and distribution rights
- Broadcasting and public performance rights
- Rights to create derivative works
- Commercial exploitation rights
- Sublicensing authority
4. Member Obligations
4.1 Members agree to adhere to the platform's terms of service and guidelines.
4.2 Members commit not to use the AI-generated music for illegal or harmful purposes.
5. Provider Warranties
5.1 The Provider warrants that it has the necessary rights and authorization to provide the services agreed upon in this agreement.
5.2 The Provider warrants that the AI-generated music will not infringe upon existing copyrights of third parties.
5.3 The Provider warrants that, in accordance with the open-source licenses of the underlying AI models, it has the right to grant Members commercial usage rights for all music generated on the platform.
5.4 The Provider makes no warranties regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the AI-generated music.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the Member's use of the AI-generated music.
6.2 The Member shall assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the AI-generated music.
7. Training Dataset and License References
7.1 The Provider's AI music systems are trained using open, public-domain, and permissively licensed music materials, including the publicly documented datasets and license references listed below. These datasets are commonly used in music information retrieval, symbolic music, and AI music research.

8. Certificate Validity
8.1 This downloadable certificate (available to annual subscribers only) covers the yearly subscription period from__________toPermanent
9. Refunded or Disputed Orders
⚠️ Important: Refunded or disputed orders do not carry commercial rights
9.1 If any paid order (monthly or yearly subscription, or Pay As You Go) is refunded or disputed (including chargebacks), the commercial rights granted by that order are void.
9.2 Music created under a refunded or disputed order does not carry commercial rights. Music covered by other paid orders that were not refunded or disputed keeps its commercial rights.
9.3 The Member must cease commercial use of music that has lost its commercial rights under this section and remove it from any commercial applications, distributions, or derivative works within 30 days of the refund or dispute.
