5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we may use records related to your account to respond. These may include your sign-up details, payment information, subscription activation records, credits issued, login and usage history, generation logs, and records of the results delivered to you.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe a chargeback or dispute was filed in bad faith or for fraudulent purposes, we may report it to law enforcement as suspected fraud, suspend or close your account, and decline any refund.
If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we will deduct a dispute handling fee equivalent to US$30 from your remaining account balance, such as credits or subscription entitlements. Any account restrictions applied during the dispute may stay in place or be adjusted after our risk review.
Commercial Rights After a Refund or Dispute
If you receive a refund, or file a chargeback or payment dispute, the commercial rights to songs generated under the refunded or disputed payment are revoked. From that point you may no longer use those songs commercially, including publishing or monetizing them on Spotify, YouTube, TikTok or other platforms, and any commercial license certificate issued for them is no longer valid.
